Welcome to your Practice Library

This is where technical breathwork meets deep recovery. These sessions are built for athletes and high-performers who need to control their physiology, not just "breathe." Whether you’re priming your system for competition or down-regulating after a high-stakes day, you have the tools here to do it.

Currently in the library:

  • Deep Release & Clarity: Sessions combining Pranayama and psychedelic-style patterns to clear mental stress and release stored physical tension.

  • The "State-Shift" Collection: Targeted videos to either Energise and up-regulate your system for peak focus, or Calm and ground your body for faster recovery.

Coming Soon: I am currently building out the Oxygen Advantage section of the library. This will include:

  1. Functional Breathwork: The "everyday" protocols to fix your baseline breathing while you work and sleep.

  2. Performance Breathwork: Specific drills for the field, the gym, and your warm-ups/cool-downs.

More sessions are added regularly. For now, choose a session based on whether you need to Energise or Calm.
