Program Structure & Commitment:

  • Duration: 12 Weeks

  • Sessions: 2 x 60-Minute Private Sessions per week (24 sessions total)

  • Schedule: Session times are determined based on mutual availability, confirmed in advance to ensure consistency and commitment.

  • Prerequisite: A brief discovery call to ensure this program is the right fit for you.

By the end of these 12 weeks, you won’t just understand your breath. You’ll actually feel it working for you. You’ll know exactly how to pull yourself back when you’re overwhelmed, how to steady your nerves before a hard conversation, and how to finally unwind at the end of a long day.

How do I get started?

The first step is to book a free Discovery Call by using the 'BOOK NOW' button at the top of this page. This is a brief session where we discuss your specific goals, explain the methodology in detail, and ensure we are a good fit for a coaching partnership.

What happens during the Discovery Call?

We will walk through the session structure and how it applies to you and your specific problems. We will also check availability and finalise a recurring schedule that fits into your current lifestyle and commitments.

How does payment work?

Once we agree to move forward, I will send a secure payment link for you to settle the package fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

Consistency is key to performance, but I understand that schedules can change. I require 24 hours' notice for any session rescheduling. Sessions cancelled within the 24-hour window will be forfeited.
