Over four weeks, you will receive a completely personalised roadmap to integrate functional breathwork into your life, transforming your performance, recovery, and resilience from the inside out.
Breathwork is not one-size-fits-all. Your current fitness, stress levels, and goals are unique. In a private setting, every session is tailored to your specific needs and pace. We safely and progressively build your CO2 tolerance, refine your technique, and apply these tools directly to your training and life, ensuring you get the maximum results from your investment.
Duration: 4 Weeks
Sessions: 2 x 60-Minute Private Sessions per week (8 sessions total)
Schedule: Session times are determined based on mutual availability, confirmed in advance to ensure consistency and commitment.
Prerequisite: A brief discovery call to ensure this program is the right fit for you.
Week 1: The Foundation & Awareness
We begin by building a solid foundation. You'll learn the core physiology of functional breathing, understand your baseline, and master fundamental nasal breathing techniques. We'll focus on shifting your unconscious breathing patterns toward more efficient ones, even at rest.
Week 2: Building Tolerance & Resilience
This week, we introduce safe and progressive exercises to build your body's tolerance to carbon dioxide (CO2)—the key to reducing breathlessness and increasing your stamina. You will learn to remain calm and efficient under respiratory stress, a skill that translates directly to your sport.
Week 3: Integration for Performance & Focus
Now, we apply your new skills to performance. You'll learn specific breathwork protocols to use during your warm-ups, training, and for pre-event focus. This is where you start to feel the direct impact on your power, efficiency, and mental clarity under pressure.
Week 4: Mastering Your State & Creating a Sustainable Practice
In our final week, we consolidate your skills into a versatile toolkit. You'll learn advanced techniques for rapid recovery, sleep optimisation, and nervous system regulation. We'll create a customised, sustainable practice plan so you can continue your progress long after the course ends, making functional breathwork a lifelong asset.

How do I get started?
The first step is to book a free Discovery Call by using the 'BOOK NOW' button at the top of this page. This is a brief session where we discuss your specific athletic goals, explain the methodology in detail, and ensure we are a good fit for a coaching partnership.
What happens during the Discovery Call?
We will walk through the session structure and how it applies to your sport. We will also check availability and finalise a recurring schedule that fits into your current training blocks.
How does payment work?
Once we agree to move forward, you have two options:
Online: I will send a secure payment link for you to settle the package fee.
Cash: Payment can be made in person at the start of our first scheduled session.
What is the cancellation policy?
Consistency is key to performance, but I understand that athlete schedules can change. I require 24 hours' notice for any session rescheduling. Sessions cancelled within the 24-hour window will be forfeited.
