We believe in flexibility and fairness. Our cancellation policy is designed to give you full control - no hidden fees, no confusing fine print, no surprises. Here is everything you need to know.

Single Session Classes

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time will receive a full refund.

• Rescheduling: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class may be rescheduled to another available session, subject to availability. No refund will be issued.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in no refund and no option to reschedule.

Multi-Day Courses

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the first day of the course will receive a full refund.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course begins, or after the course has started, are not eligible for a refund.

• Rescheduling: Individual missed sessions may be rescheduled to another available session, subject to availability. The entire course may not be rescheduled once it has begun.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in no refund and no option to reschedule.

Transferability

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person provided you notify us at least 12 hours before the class start time to allow for record updates. Login credentials must not be shared without prior authorization.

Illness & Emergency Cancellations

• Cancellations due to illness or emergency will be eligible for rescheduling (but not refund) only if notified before the class or course start time. Notification after the scheduled start time will be treated as a no-show.

Instructor Cancellations

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund and the option to reschedule to a future session at no additional cost.

Minimum Enrollment

• Single sessions require a minimum of 3 participants to proceed. Classes with fewer than 3 registrants may be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.

• Multi-day courses require a minimum of 2 participants to proceed.

• If we cancel due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund and the option to reschedule.

Late Arrivals

• Participants arriving more than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be admitted to the session and will be considered a no-show (no refund, no reschedule). Please ensure you join on time.

Refund Processing

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
