What The Cyclical Breath Is:

Twelve hours of practical, grounded education about your body—how you breathe, how your nervous system responds to hormones, and how to work with your natural rhythms instead of against them.

We'll look at the mechanics of breathing (it's more interesting than it sounds), why women's respiratory patterns differ from men's, and how your breath connects to every hormonal shift you experience. No woo-woo. No jargon. Just clear information you can use immediately.

What We Will Cover:

  • The actual mechanics of breathing—how your diaphragm, ribs, and nervous system talk to each other

  • Why women breathe differently than men (and why most breathing advice ignores this)

  • Reading your 28-day cycle—not just tracking it, but understanding what each phase needs

  • Supporting your body before and during pregnancy, including breath techniques that actually help

  • Finding balance in the years before menopause, when everything starts shifting

  • Reducing the perception of pain during your menstrual cycle through nervous system regulation

  • Relaxing your nervous system to ease menopausal symptoms—hot flashes, sleep disruption, anxiety

  • Practical daily practices you can do in five minutes or less

Who This Is For:

How It Works:

The course runs 12 hours total, on 3 days, 4 hrs each day, delivered live online. Sessions include teaching, guided practice, and time for questions.
