1:1 Breathwork Session for Athletes & High Performers

This is your time to train your breathing system—the most underutilized tool in your athletic arsenal. In this targeted 60-minute session, you'll be guided through science-backed breathing techniques specifically selected to address your physiology, performance goals, and training demands.

We will dedicate our time to practical, functional breathwork drills designed to:

  • Increase your CO2 tolerance to reduce breathlessness and improve efficiency.
  • Strengthen your diaphragm and respiratory muscles for greater power and endurance.
  • Down-regulate your nervous system strategically to accelerate recovery and improve sleep.
  • Simulate high-altitude training to naturally boost red blood cell count and oxygen delivery.

The session is structured to deliver tangible, measurable results. We will use breath holds and specific exercises to assess and improve your breathing capacity, giving you direct feedback on your progress.

Whether you're breaking through a plateau, preparing for competition, or seeking faster recovery, this session provides the physical and mental edge through smarter breathing. Available online or in-person, it’s a focused investment in the foundation of all performance: your breath.
