If you are sensitive to CO2 (meaning you gasp for air at the slightest buildup), you are suffocating your cells. We train your system to tolerate higher levels of CO2, so more oxygen gets delivered where it matters.
Nervous System Regulation

What happens during the Discovery Call?
We will walk through the session structure and how it applies to you and your specific sport. We will also check availability and finalise a recurring schedule that fits into your current lifestyle and commitments.
How does payment work?
Once we agree to move forward, I will send a secure payment link for you to settle the package fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Consistency is key to performance, but I understand that schedules can change. I require 24 hours' notice for any session rescheduling. Sessions cancelled within the 24-hour window will be forfeited.
